3. Blessing of the Fleet (October)
Celebrating the local fishing industry, the Blessing of the Fleet is a popular event in the city. Held in October, the day features a parade of decorated fishing boats, a street market, live music, and a fish frying competition. 4. Sunset Yoga (Summer)

5. Grape Escape (September)
Wine enthusiasts flock to Geraldton for the annual Grape Escape wine festival. Celebrating local and international wines, the festival is held over three days at the Geraldton Turf Club. The event includes wine tastings, food stalls, live entertainment, and children's activities. This is a great family-friendly event suitable for all age groups. 6. HMAS Sydney Memorial Service (November)
The HMAS Sydney Memorial honors the sailors that lost their lives during the sinking of the ship during World War II. This annual memorial is held in November at the HMAS Sydney II Memorial site. 7. Christmas Pageant (December)
The Geraldton Christmas Pageant is a long-standing tradition that brings the community together to celebrate the festive season. The parade includes decorated floats, marching bands, and a visit from Santa Claus himself. There is always an excellent turnout for this family-friendly event and it is loved my locals and visitors alike. The Christmas pageant starts at 5.30 pm and runs until 9.30 pm.
